With a strong commitment to professionalism, guest satisfaction, and safety, Towne Park fosters an environment where employees are valued and encouraged to grow while making a difference in the communities they serve. Towne Park operates with a mission to brighten people’s days through friendly, efficient, and thoughtful service, and it prides itself on its ability to create smiles through its dedicated team and comprehensive approach to hospitality.
The Lot Attendant role at Towne Park offers an opportunity for individuals to join a dynamic team focused on quality service delivery within a supportive work environment. This position is classified as hourly, with competitive pay ranging between $15 and $17 per hour, dependent on skills, experience, education, and work location. The typical work schedule includes Monday through Friday shifts from either 7AM to 3PM or 10AM to 6PM, without weekend obligations. This flexibility supports work-life balance for potential candidates.
As a Lot Attendant, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional hospitality services by accurately collecting and reconciling revenue and parking reports. You will engage with guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner to ensure their parking experience is smooth and positive. This role involves greeting and assisting guests promptly, protecting confidentiality according to HIPAA guidelines, and correctly handling guest vehicles, including stacking and retrieval as required by Towne Park standards. You will also manage financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and uphold site management’s parking policies. This position demands attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining composure.
The Lot Attendant role requires an individual who thrives in both outdoor and customer-facing environments. You will routinely interact with guests, fellow employees, and location staff to cultivate an atmosphere of friendliness and professionalism. Physical requirements include the ability to handle moderate lifting tasks, drive vehicles using manual transmission, and work outdoors in various weather conditions. This position offers employees the chance to contribute positively to the guest experience while developing valuable skills in customer service, financial accuracy, and logistical operations.
Towne Park supports its employees with valuable benefits including accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine benefits, and access to a 401k retirement savings plan. Eligibility for these benefits depends on the job classification, length of employment, and hours worked. Note that seasonal and temporary roles may not qualify for benefits. The company places a strong emphasis on inclusivity and offers reasonable accommodations to enable individuals with disabilities to perform all job functions.
Working with Towne Park means being part of a respected hospitality services company committed to treating every guest with care and respect while ensuring operational excellence. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, people-oriented environment, value teamwork, and are dedicated to making a lasting impact on every guest’s experience.
