Known for its dedication to customer service excellence and operational efficiency, Towne Park operates parking facilities at various locations including airports, resorts, event venues, and urban centers. The company focuses on ensuring a seamless parking experience for guests while maintaining high standards of safety, security, and professionalism. Towne Park values its employees and fosters a work environment that encourages growth, respect, and teamwork.
The role of Lot Attendant at Towne Park is an essential position that involves providing outstanding guest service while managing parking operations effectively. The Lot Attendant is responsible for accurately collecting and reconciling revenue, issuing receipts, and maintaining detailed parking reports. This position requires excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a friendly disposition to enhance the overall guest experience. In addition to financial responsibilities, the Lot Attendant assists guests by greeting them promptly, providing directions, and sharing information about local attractions.
When necessary, the Lot Attendant also performs vehicle stacking duties, following Towne Park's specific parking standards to ensure safety and organization. This includes proper handling of guests' keys and driving vehicles carefully to avoid damage. The role requires the ability to operate various equipment such as registers, gates, point-of-sale (POS) machines, and credit card devices.
Towne Park offers an engaging and supportive working environment with competitive compensation. The hourly base pay for this position is $17 per hour. The work schedule demands open availability, allowing the company to maintain flexibility and coverage at all times. While the role is primarily outdoors and involves physical activity including lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally, Towne Park is committed to making reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities.
Employees are eligible to enroll in several benefit plans including accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine benefits, and a 401k retirement savings plan, subject to eligibility criteria based on job classification and hours worked. Seasonal and temporary roles do not qualify for these benefits. This position also involves upholding Towne Park's parking policies as outlined by site management teams, with a strong emphasis on customer confidentiality and security of financial information in compliance with HIPAA standards.
Overall, the Lot Attendant role is vital to the company’s mission of providing safe, efficient, and friendly parking services. It is suited for individuals who enjoy working in a dynamic environment, have a passion for customer service, and possess the physical capabilities to meet the job's demands. Towne Park looks for candidates who bring professionalism, accuracy, and a positive attitude to every interaction, helping to create memorable experiences for all guests.
