The Supervisor position at Wegmans in McLean, VA, is a full-time role that offers a competitive hourly wage of $17.50 to $18.50. This role requires availability during mornings, afternoons, and evenings, including weekends, and applicants must be at least 18 years old. As a front-end supervisor, you will lead by example, setting the standard for excellent customer service and efficient operational management of the front-end and parking lot areas.

Job Duties

  • Engage customers in friendly conversation while making eye contact and smiling

  • Maintain the appearance and safety of the parking lot
  • Bring in and organize shopping carts from the outside parking lot
  • Help run registers as necessary to minimize customer wait time
  • Ensure the safety and appearance of the front-end area is being maintained
