Towne Park is a leading hospitality services company that specializes in delivering exceptional parking and guest services across numerous locations, including healthcare facilities, airports, hotels, and urban areas. With a strong commitment to creating smiles through outstanding customer experiences, Towne Park is recognized for transforming routine parking and hospitality services into memorable, caring interactions that positively impact millions of patients, visitors, and guests annually. The company prides itself on its culture of compassion, attentiveness, and professionalism, ensuring that both customers and team members feel valued and supported every day. Towne Park's workforce is dedicated to enhancing the visitor experience by providing helpful, friendly service that eases anxiety and fosters a welcoming atmosphere. The company also focuses heavily on employee development and creating a workplace where every individual can make a meaningful difference.
The Lot Attendant position at Towne Park offers a unique opportunity to join a hospitality-driven organization where your role directly influences guest satisfaction and operational excellence. As a Lot Attendant, you will be responsible for managing revenue collection and parking operations efficiently while delivering top-tier hospitality services to every guest from arrival to departure. This role involves greeting and assisting guests with professionalism and friendliness, providing local information, and ensuring the safe and accurate parking and retrieval of vehicles according to company standards. The position requires attentiveness to detail, the ability to operate various equipment such as registers and POS systems, and upholding security and privacy standards including guest confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Towne Park compensates its Lot Attendants competitively, with a base hourly pay starting at $24 plus tips and an additional $1 shift differential for overnight hours. The work schedule is flexible with shifts between 6 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Sunday, providing a dynamic and engaging work environment. Employees may also qualify for a suite of benefits including accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine access, and enrollment in the company 401(k) retirement savings plan, depending on their role and tenure. However, seasonal and temporary workers are typically not eligible for these benefits.
This role is particularly suited for individuals with a customer service orientation, who thrive in fast-paced environments under pressure while maintaining high accuracy and composure. Towne Park values team members who can work collaboratively and independently, ensuring smooth operations through adherence to established protocols and operational guidelines. If you have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, some experience with customer service or parking operations, and a passion for making a difference through excellent service, the Lot Attendant role at Towne Park could be your next rewarding career move.
