Their focus centers on compassion, professional customer engagement, and operational efficiency, aiming to ease the stress of guests and visitors during their time on-site. Recognized for fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace culture, Towne Park encourages its team members to take pride in the impact their daily efforts have on customers, colleagues, and communities they serve. With an established presence nationwide, the company values employees who are attentive to detail, proactive in problem-solving, and passionate about creating memorable experiences for guests.
The role of the Lot Attendant at Towne Park is an integral position combining customer service with the practical responsibilities vital to parking operations. This position requires a balance of hospitality skills and operational proficiency, as attendants are responsible for greeting guests warmly, managing vehicle parking and retrieval efficiently, and ensuring accurate financial transactions concerning parking fees. Lot Attendants serve as frontline ambassadors of the company, providing assistance and local information to visitors while maintaining clear communication and safety protocols. Scheduled part-time from 1pm to 5pm, Wednesday through Friday, this role offers an hourly wage of $25, reflecting Towne Park's commitment to competitive and fair compensation.
The Lot Attendant must demonstrate a friendly and professional demeanor at all times, ensuring guests feel welcomed and confident in the service provided. Key functions include revenue collection and reconciliation with precision, adhering to established procedures for ticket handling and reporting, and maintaining confidentiality standards such as HIPAA compliance where applicable. Practical vehicle management skills, including the ability to operate manual transmission vehicles and park efficiently, are essential. The role operates predominantly outdoors, requiring physical stamina and adaptability to various weather conditions. Towne Park emphasizes safety and customer satisfaction, trusting attendants to uphold parking policies and equipment protocol.
Beyond the operational tasks, the Lot Attendant plays a pivotal customer service role, helping to reduce stress for patients and visitors through courteous interaction and reliable assistance. Employees are supported through access to benefits including accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine services, and a 401k retirement savings plan, subject to eligibility. This role is well suited for those seeking a part-time position within a reputable company that values respect, teamwork, and a positive work environment, giving individuals the opportunity to contribute meaningfully while receiving competitive compensation and benefits.
