Job Description

Ken Garff Automotive Group is a reputable and well-established network of car dealerships with a rich legacy dating back to 1932 when it was founded by Ken Garff. The company has grown to become one of the most recognized names in the automotive retail industry in the United States, known for its exceptional customer service, innovative approach, and commitment to community values. Unlike typical car dealerships, Ken Garff Automotive Group prides itself on doing things differently, focusing on continuous growth, progress, and embracing change to enhance the automotive retail experience for both employees and customers alike. Its culture of respect, integrity, humility, teamwork, and growth is deeply embedded in everything the company does, making it a highly rewarding place to work for individuals who are motivated, energetic, and looking to impact the automotive industry positively.

Stew Hansen Hyundai, part of the Ken Garff Automotive Group, is currently looking to hire a Sales Lot Attendant who exemplifies these core values and thrives in a dynamic and team-oriented work environment. This role is perfect for individuals who take pride in maintaining order, cleanliness, and efficiency on the dealership's car lot, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the sales lot. The Sales Lot Attendant is responsible for organizing vehicles, washing and fueling cars, inspecting new and used vehicle deliveries, and managing car keys, among other duties assigned. This position offers hands-on work, which is ideal for those who prefer active roles over desk work and are eager to start or grow their career in the automotive industry.

In addition to performing physical and organizational tasks on the lot, the candidate will also play a critical role in supporting the sales and service teams by ensuring vehicles are well-presented and ready for customer interactions. The role demands strong attention to detail, dependability, and a positive attitude, as the Sales Lot Attendant often serves as the first point of contact for vehicles arriving at the dealership. This opportunity also provides a pathway for career advancement within the company, with possibilities to move into sales or service positions in the future, fostering professional growth and development.

Ken Garff Automotive Group offers a competitive compensation package and an enriching benefits program designed to support the health, wellness, and financial security of its employees. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, wellness time off, a 401k plan with company match, and employee discounts on vehicle purchases, parts, and services. The culture at Ken Garff encourages employees to bring positive energy and take pride in their work while being part of a company that truly values listening to and supporting its people. If you are motivated, detail-oriented, and ready to join a team that does things differently, this is an excellent opportunity to join Stew Hansen Hyundai as a Sales Lot Attendant and contribute to a legacy of excellence and innovation.
