Tom Wood Toyota is currently seeking a dedicated and energetic Lot Attendant to support its Sales team. This full-time position is vital to ensuring smooth daily operations within the dealership, acting as the backbone that supports seamless customer interactions and vehicle management. The Lot Attendant is responsible for greeting and assisting customers as they arrive in the sales lane, delivering excellent customer service aimed at creating a positive and welcoming dealership experience. The role requires maintaining the cleanliness and organization of both the sales lane and showroom, ensuring the dealership presents itself impeccably to customers and reflects the high standards upheld by Tom Wood Toyota.
In addition, the Lot Attendant plays an essential role in vehicle handling—parking, retrieving, and organizing vehicles as needed to support the sales process efficiently. This assistance extends to helping the sales team with vehicle preparation and coordination, contributing to the operational success of the sales department. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in automotive or customer service preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as moving vehicles
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
