The Pre-Owned Liquidation Outlet located in the Greenbrier area of Chesapeake is hiring a Lot Attendant on a full-time basis immediately. This role is ideal for those who enjoy an active, physically engaging workday and take pride in maintaining order and efficiency within a bustling vehicle lot. The Lot Attendant is responsible for the safe parking, retrieval, and movement of vehicles throughout the dealership premises. An essential part of the role involves working collaboratively with multiple departments to ensure that vehicles are properly inspected, organized, and available for transport or sale. The position demands vigilance in monitoring vehicles for damages, cataloging keys accurately, and optimizing lot space for maximum utilization. A clean driving record and at least three years of driving experience are required, as the job entails frequent vehicle operation. Physical stamina is vital, as the position requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, lifting up to 50 pounds, and other physical activities essential to maintaining lot functionality.

  • review vehicle information to ensure appropriate vehicle is being accessed
  • inspect vehicles to detect damage and to verify the presence of accessories
  • park vehicles in assigned areas

  • help to transport vehicles to and from necessary locations
