Job Requirements
- Valid state-issued driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift, push, or move vehicles and objects up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, turn, stretch, and bend frequently
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to perform vehicle-related tasks
- Close and peripheral vision and ability to adjust focus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently
- Flexibility to work every other Saturday
- Ability to pass background check, MVR check, and pre-employment drug test
- Authorized to work in the U.S. and complete Form I-9 within 3 business days
Job Qualifications
- Experience working in a dealership, automotive service, or similar environment preferred
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain a safe work environment
Job Duties
- Inspect vehicles upon arrival and departure to ensure quality standards
- Move vehicles safely throughout the lot and service areas
- Assist with cleaning and organizing the shop, lot, and customer areas
- Support service and sales teams with general duties as assigned by management
- Ensure vehicles are parked correctly and lot is maintained in a safe, orderly manner
- Perform additional tasks to support dealership operations as needed
