Job Description

Enterprise Rent-A-Car is the largest and fastest growing privately owned automotive rental and leasing company in the United States. Founded with a mission to offer exceptional customer service and a diverse fleet of vehicles, Enterprise now boasts over 9,000 branch offices worldwide, serving millions of customers annually. The company holds the number one ranking in the Insurance Replacement Market and generates over 16 billion dollars in annual revenue. Enterprise is well known for its commitment to employee growth and community involvement, providing a dynamic and supportive work environment. With a strong emphasis on values such as integrity, teamwork, and personal responsibility, Enterprise encourages employees to develop their skills and build rewarding careers within the automotive rental industry. Offering a robust benefits package and a culture of inclusion, Enterprise Rent-A-Car is an ideal workplace for individuals looking for dependable employment in a reputable and expanding company.

The Part Time Lot Attendant position based at the Ralston, Nebraska location is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking flexible part-time hours with competitive starting pay at $15.00 per hour. The role primarily involves managing the care and maintenance of the company’s rental vehicles and lot. Lot Attendants inspect vehicles delivered by transporters for any damage, complete delivery receipts, check vehicles in and out, and organize the lot efficiently to maximize operational flow. Further responsibilities include performing light maintenance checks on vehicles, such as ensuring antennas, tires, and fluid levels are in good condition, cleaning vehicle exteriors by hand or using washing equipment, and safely removing fuel using a defueling station. The position requires frequent outdoor work, often in varying weather conditions, so willingness to work outdoors in inclement weather is essential.

Additionally, successful candidates will assist in working with vendors and partners as needed to support daily operations. Occasionally, Lot Attendants may be required to drive and deliver vehicles locally or to surrounding areas while adhering to all traffic laws. Teamwork and independent work capability are both important as this role sometimes involves cooperative tasks or individual responsibilities. This position offers scheduled work on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 8 AM to 5 PM, providing reliable part-time hours to accommodate varied schedules. Enterprise supports its employees extensively through training and development programs, allowing individuals to enhance their automotive knowledge and career potential. Overall, this role is perfect for motivated individuals who enjoy working with vehicles, performing hands-on tasks, and contributing to a well-organized lot environment, all while working for a trusted and respected leader in the vehicle rental industry.
