Job Description
Towne Park is a recognized leader in the hospitality services industry, specializing in creating positive and impactful experiences for its guests. With a strong commitment to exceptional service, Towne Park serves millions of patients, visitors, and guests annually across various locations. The company understands the value of each interaction, whether it’s easing the anxiety of a patient and their family, providing assistance and directions, or creating memorable experiences for travelers and visitors in unfamiliar cities. Towne Park prioritizes a culture where employees can grow, make a meaningful impact, and share in the joy of creating smiles every day. This unique approach to hospitality emphasizes compassion, attentiveness, and professionalism in all interactions.
Towne Park is currently looking to hire a full-time Lot Attendant who will be an integral part of upholding the company’s service standards and operational policies. The hourly base pay for this role ranges between $16 and $17, with the company offering competitive and fair compensation based on experience, skills, and location. As a Lot Attendant, you will be responsible for collecting and reconciling revenue accurately while delivering top-tier hospitality services to all guests throughout their stay. This position requires a friendly, professional demeanor and attention to detail to ensure smooth and efficient parking operations.
The role also includes the physical responsibility of stacking, parking, and retrieving guest vehicles safely and efficiently when necessary. Additionally, the Lot Attendant must uphold Towne Park's parking policies and procedures, secure guest keys properly, and provide detailed information about rates, daily events, and nearby attractions. Each day offers an opportunity to brighten a guest's experience by providing courteous and reliable service, maintaining confidentiality per HIPAA standards, and ensuring guest satisfaction through prompt vehicle management and accurate transaction recording.
Towne Park offers a supportive working environment with a Monday to Friday full-time schedule. Employees gain access to various insurance plans, including accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity, and telemedicine, as well as a 401k retirement savings plan, depending on job classification and tenure. While seasonal and temporary employees are not eligible for these benefits, permanent employees can look forward to a career that fosters personal and professional growth while contributing positively to the communities served.
In joining Towne Park as a Lot Attendant, you will have the chance to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment subject to weather variations, requiring physical stamina and a commitment to safety. This role demands good communication skills, basic math proficiency, and the ability to operate registers and other equipment. Towne Park values team members who bring positive energy and a service-first mindset to every interaction, reinforcing the company's reputation for exceptional hospitality. Your contribution in this role directly impacts the guest experience, demonstrating why Towne Park is more than just a job—it's a place to make a meaningful impact every day.
