Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Pass a criminal background check and drug screen
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- One to three months related experience or training
- Knowledge of customer service
- Ability to drive manual transmission and perform parallel parking
- Ability to read and write English
- Ability to understand and write simple correspondence
- Ability to perform basic math
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to understand time and rate systems
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- One to three months related experience or equivalent education and experience
- Knowledge of customer service
- Ability to drive manual transmission and perform parallel parking
- Ability to read and write standard English
- Ability to comprehend simple instructions and correspondence
- Ability to present information effectively to guests and colleagues
- Ability to perform basic math operations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Understanding of 24-hour and military time
- Understanding of rates applicable to parking durations
Job Duties
- Maintain pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests, staff and coworkers
- Acknowledge and greet guests promptly using proper salutations
- Assist guests with directions and inquiries while maintaining confidentiality
- Stack vehicles per Towne Park parking standards when necessary
- Secure keys for stacked vehicles and promptly retrieve vehicles for guests
- Collect and reconcile revenue accurately, categorize tickets for auditing, complete shift reports
- Operate parking equipment like registers, gates, POS, and credit card machines
- Obtain daily event information and rates, produce guest vehicle inventories
- Maintain claim checks and guest folio archives
