Servco Leeward currently seeks an enthusiastic and dependable Lot Attendant to join its Service team. This is a full-time position offering a competitive hourly wage ranging from $17.85 to $19.84, with a work schedule of four 10-hour days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm). The Lot Attendant plays a crucial role in maintaining the smooth functioning of the service department by managing vehicle logistics within the dealership. Responsibilities include driving and parking vehicles at various site locations, ensuring vehicles are clean and well-maintained before delivery to customers, and providing shuttle services to enhance customer convenience. Attention to detail is essential, as the attendant is responsible for inspecting vehicles inside and out, including operating automated car washes when available.

In addition to handling vehicles, the Lot Attendant assists auto technicians by performing various support tasks, ensuring the service area remains safe and clean, and properly disposing of waste materials such as oil and parts. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong commitment to safety, excellent communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset.

Entry-level Lot Attendants have the opportunity to progress into more specialized positions within the parts and service departments, such as Detail Helper, Parts Delivery Driver, Parts Warehouse Person, Lube Tire Helper, or Auto Technician. Prospective Auto Technicians are encouraged to pursue an Associate’s Degree in Automotive Technology early on to enhance their qualifications and career growth.
