Job Description

Guardian Fleet Services is a leading fleet and towing company based in Florida, known for its dedication to efficient, reliable, and high-quality vehicle management services. As a key player in one of the state's strongest fleet and towing operations, Guardian Fleet Services prides itself on maintaining a seamless balance between safety, organization, and customer satisfaction. Their towing yard operates as a bustling hub where teamwork and attention to detail keep the workflow smooth and vehicle turnover rapid. The company nurtures an environment where safety protocols are strictly followed, professionalism is valued, and employee contributions are recognized and rewarded. This commitment makes Guardian Fleet Services a preferred employer for individuals seeking active, hands-on roles within the automotive and logistics sectors.

The role of Lot Attendant at Guardian Fleet Services is crucial to supporting the yard’s successful daily operations. As the heartbeat of the yard, the Lot Attendant ensures the towing yard remains clean, organized, and secure, facilitating easy vehicle flow and providing invaluable assistance to both drivers and customers. This position is hands-on and energetic, demanding a proactive individual ready to engage in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include receiving and logging incoming vehicles, moving vehicles within the yard, accurately documenting vehicle conditions, and helping customers during vehicle releases. The role also involves maintaining overall yard cleanliness, ensuring compliance with safety and security protocols, and supporting drivers with loading and unloading tasks as needed. Additionally, the Lot Attendant operates small equipment such as jump boxes and tire inflators to aid vehicle management.

Working as a Lot Attendant means embracing a role that blends physical activity with customer service skills. You will be the first point of contact for customers releasing their vehicles and an essential team member who helps keep the yard safe and orderly. Reliable attendance and punctuality are critical in this position to keep up with the high-volume pace that characterizes Guardian Fleet Services’ towing operations. The role also requires occasional after-hours or weekend work, offering flexibility and teamwork opportunities. Overall, this position offers a rewarding career path for individuals keen on working in a dynamic environment with a company known for its excellent benefits and commitment to diversity and inclusion. Guardian Fleet Services supports its employees with comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans, paid time off, employer-paid life insurance, short- and long-term disability coverage, and more, ensuring health and financial security. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to contribute to and grow with a reputable towing service operator in Florida, where your efforts directly impact the smooth operation of one of the region's most important vehicle management hubs.
