With years of experience serving the automotive needs of the community, Penkhus Motor Company has established itself as a trusted name in vehicle sales and service. The company prides itself on its commitment to customer satisfaction and its welcoming, family-oriented work environment. Their Motor City Mazda/VW location is one of their prominent outlets where they offer a wide selection of new and used vehicles along with exceptional service to meet every customer’s automotive needs.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to join our Lot Attendant team at the Motor City Mazda/VW location. This role is vital in maintaining the overall appearance, safety, and orderliness of the dealership’s vehicle inventory. The Lot Attendant supports multiple operational elements including vehicle preparation, inventory control, and customer vehicle retrieval and delivery. This means driving vehicles to and from service areas, parking vehicles in designated spots to optimize space, and ensuring that all required documentation such as buyer guides and stock tags are accurately placed and displayed on vehicles.

The role requires strong organizational skills and physical stamina to manage a wide range of tasks including sweeping, vacuuming, shoveling debris, and safely moving vehicles around the lot. Attention to safety regulations and dealership standards is essential to ensure compliance during vehicle deliveries and inspections. The position also involves customer service elements, as Attendants may be required to pick up and deliver vehicles to customers under management direction.

At Penkhus Motor Company, you will have the opportunity to grow your career in the automotive industry within a family-friendly environment that values respect, diversity, and equality. We provide a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan with a company match, life insurance, paid vacations and sick days, and opportunities for continued education and professional growth. This is a full-time position where commitment, dependability, and a proactive attitude are highly valued.

Joining Penkhus Motor Company means becoming part of a team dedicated to excellence in automotive sales and service, with strong community ties and a reputation for treating both employees and customers with care and respect.
