Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to engage customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Capacity to perform physical tasks such as gathering carts and picking up litter
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work outdoors in inclement weather conditions
Job Qualifications

- Previous customer service experience preferred

Job Duties
- Maintain the appearance and safety of the parking lot, gather shopping carts and pick up garbage
- Engage customers in friendly conversation while making eye contact and smiling
- Proactively offer additional assistance or services and thank the customer for shopping at Wegmans
- Offer additional service during inclement weather
