The position advertised is for a full-time Lot Attendant based in Philadelphia, PA. This role is integral to maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the company's vehicle lots and branches, ensuring that all vehicles and the property are well cared for and presented to the company’s high operational standards. The Lot Attendant will work closely with the Branch Manager and other team members to ensure smooth daily operations. Key responsibilities include moving, detailing, refueling, and parking vehicles ranging from cars to 26-foot box trucks, as well as general property maintenance tasks such as painting, sweeping, snow removal, trash management, and stocking.
