Job Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a similar role such as lot, yard, warehouse, inventory, or automotive environment demonstrating reliable process management or inventory handling
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written to engage effectively with clients and team members
- Ability to adapt and respond proactively to the needs of a busy lot in a growing, new market
- Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite and web-based systems
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Comfort with physical work including walking, bending, lifting, and working outdoors in different weather conditions

Job Duties
- Process repossessed vehicles by taking detailed photos, completing condition reports, and conducting thorough property inventories
- Prepare vehicles for transport to various auction locations following established procedures and safety standards
- Provide friendly, calm, and professional service to clients redeeming their vehicles and personal property even in stressful situations
- Complete all necessary paperwork accurately to ensure compliance with lienholders and company policies
- Monitor the lot for any deficiencies, safety concerns, or abnormalities and report them promptly to your Lot Supervisor
- Perform other hands-on tasks as needed to support the daily operations of the lot including working outdoors in various weather conditions
