The Lot Attendant role at Hendrick Acura represents a vital function within the dealership's operational ecosystem. This position is responsible for the movement, cleaning, and refurbishing of new and used vehicles throughout the car lot, maintaining the visual appeal and organization that underpin customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. The Lot Attendant attends to various errands and tasks that support dealership departments, requiring versatility and a proactive approach. The role involves maintaining a clean and orderly lot, cleaning both the interior and exterior of vehicles, and ensuring that customer service impact (CSI) levels meet or exceed company standards. This position does not include supervisory responsibilities but demands strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and a dependable work ethic. This role requires physical stamina, as it involves regular walking, standing, and lifting weights up to 50 pounds. The Lot Attendant works both indoors and outdoors, interacting regularly with dealership staff and occasionally with customers, which necessitates excellent interpersonal abilities.
