Job Description

Our company is a well-established leader in the vehicle repossession industry, dedicated to providing reliable and professional repossession and storage services across multiple markets. With a focus on integrity, safety, and customer service, we have built a reputation for excellence in managing vehicle inventories and supporting financial institutions and lienholders with efficient repossession solutions. Our expanding footprint now includes a new market launch in Allentown, Pennsylvania, where we are setting up a state-of-the-art repossession lot to serve the region. As part of our commitment to growth and community presence, we are looking to hire dedicated professionals to join our team and contribute to the success of this new operation.

The Lot Attendant position in Allentown is a full-time, day-shift role that offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing operation. Starting at a salary of $35,000 per year, this role also includes a $2,500 sign-on bonus, along with comprehensive benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and career advancement opportunities within the company. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, particularly in an outdoor setting, and who take pride in maintaining order, accuracy, and a professional atmosphere.

As a Lot Attendant, you will be integral to the daily functioning of the repossession lot. Your tasks will include processing repossessed vehicles with meticulous attention to detail, including photographic documentation, condition reporting, and property inventory management. You will prepare vehicles for transport to auctions, ensuring all safety and procedural standards are met. The position involves physical activity and working outdoors in various weather conditions, appealing to those who enjoy a mix of physical and organizational tasks. This role offers a unique blend of operational support and customer service, providing a fulfilling career opportunity within a reputable company that values its employees and fosters growth.
