Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to perform tasks involving lifting, pushing, and snow removal equipment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and perform a variety of tasks
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
Job Qualifications
- Highly organized with a keen sense for details
- Great listening and communication skills
- Ability to handle lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, and twisting while handling products or using equipment
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Ferry shopping carts from outside the store back to the store interior
- Coordinate and collect parking lot, lawn, and inside store trash
- Safely use snow removal equipment to remove snow
- Manage perishable and salvage returns
- Perform basic store and restroom cleaning
- Work with service desk, store entrance, check lanes, and parking lot areas
- Collaborate with various departments including Health and Beauty Care, Hardlines, Fashion/Softlines, Pets, Hardware, Card and Party, Outdoor, Seasonal, and Floral
- Perform other assigned duties as required
