Job Description

Superior Van & Mobility is a company dedicated to helping individuals regain independence and mobility through customized vehicles and mobility solutions. Specializing in accessible vehicle modification, Superior Van & Mobility serves a vital role in the automotive industry by providing innovative and tailored van and vehicle adaptations for customers with physical challenges. Their mission-driven approach and commitment to quality service have established them as a trusted provider in the mobility equipment sector. The company fosters a team-oriented culture and operates within a stable, growing industry, making it an excellent environment for employees seeking both career growth and meaningful work. Employment with Superior Van & Mobility is full-time with an hourly pay structure and a non-exempt FLSA status, ensuring consistent, fair compensation aligned with labor standards.

The Lot Attendant at Superior Van & Mobility plays a critical part in maintaining the presentation and operational readiness of the vehicle inventory both on the showroom floor and the company lot. This hands-on role offers a unique opportunity for candidates to work actively around vehicles and contribute directly to the customer experience by preparing vehicles for sale and delivery with meticulous attention to detail. Working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, this position offers no weekend shifts, supporting a healthy work-life balance. The Lot Attendant collaborates closely with the General Manager and Service Team to ensure vehicles are clean, properly fueled, inspected, and displayed according to company and industry standards. The role extends beyond lot maintenance to include facilitating rental vehicle readiness, assisting technicians with minor mechanical tasks, and supporting the overall shop and facility upkeep. Responsibilities also involve some logistical duties like moving vehicles between dealership locations or directly to customers’ homes and managing inventory and parts pickups. This role suits an individual who enjoys a dynamic automotive environment, works well in a fast-paced setting, and values consistent communication and teamwork. The company values dependability, organization, a positive attitude, and strong customer service skills, which are essential traits for success in this position. Superior Van & Mobility also emphasizes safety and operational excellence by adhering to established standards such as those from NMEDA (National Mobility Equipment Dealers Association). This role is perfect for someone with a high school diploma (with additional education considered a plus), a valid driver’s license, and who is willing and able to physically engage in the varied and sometimes physically demanding tasks required to uphold the company’s reputation for superior service and appearance.
