We are currently seeking to hire a Lot Attendant to join our Sales Department staff. This role is vital to maintaining the smooth and efficient operation of our vehicle inventory and presentation. The Lot Attendant will be responsible for organizing the sales lot, ensuring vehicles are clean, properly tagged, and positioned according to dealership standards. This position requires someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working outdoors year-round in various weather conditions.

The Lot Attendant will play a key role in supporting the sales team by handling operational tasks such as placing buyer guides and stock tags on vehicles, driving vehicles to and from the sales floor, detail department, and parking lot, and keeping the dealership premises neat and orderly. They will also manage key tags for vehicles and perform other duties as assigned by management. This role demands good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions carefully to help uphold the dealership's high standards.

Candidates should be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record, including the ability to operate manual transmission vehicles. Prior automotive experience is preferred but not required. Successful applicants must pass pre-employment screenings, including background checks, drug testing, and Motor Vehicle Reports, to ensure safety and compliance within our team.
