Job Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods
- Capable of lifting and moving items up to 50 pounds
- Mostly outdoor work with exposure to various weather conditions
- Fast-paced environment requiring quick and efficient movement
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Job Duties
- Park and retrieve vehicles from the lot for customers, service technicians, and sales staff
- Ensure vehicles are properly arranged and parked on the lot according to dealership standards
- Transport vehicles to and from service areas, body shops, and other locations as needed
- Keep the lot neat, organized, and free of debris
- Arrange vehicles in a manner that promotes their best features and appeal
- Ensure all vehicles are locked and secure after business hours
- Wash, vacuum, and detail vehicles to ensure they are clean and presentable for customers
- Perform light vehicle maintenance tasks such as checking tire pressure, refueling, and topping off fluids
- Greet customers and assist them in locating their vehicles
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing customer needs in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist with receiving and inspecting new vehicles delivered to the dealership
- Ensure accurate tagging and documentation of vehicle inventory
- Assist with dealership events and promotions as needed
- Support other dealership departments with various tasks as requested
