Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver’s license, with a clean driving record
- Prior experience in a similar role or in the marine industry is a plus, but not required

- Ability to operate forklifts, boats, and other equipment, or willingness to learn
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well with a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Job Duties
- Assist with the organization and maintenance of the lot
- Ensure all boats, trailers and other equipment are stored properly
- Safely move and transport boats and equipment as needed to support sales, service, and customer needs
- Conduct regular inspections of boats and equipment for damage or maintenance
- Reports any issues to management
- Assist in preparing boats for deliveries
- Support in the receiving and unloading of new inventory
- Demonstrate attentiveness when customers are on the lot, assisting as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols to ensure the lot is safe for all employees and customers
- Partner with other team members to ensure operational and customer needs are prioritized and met
- Maintain knowledge, training, and certifications for equipment use
- Perform any other duties as assigned
