Job Description

OneWater Marine is a leading retail establishment specializing in the sale and service of marine vehicles and equipment. With a commitment to superior customer service and quality product offerings, OneWater Marine has built a reputable presence in the marine industry. The company operates a network of stores, each dedicated to providing boating enthusiasts with everything they need—from the latest models of boats and trailers to parts, accessories, and expert service. Their stores reflect a dynamic and vibrant work environment focused on fostering teamwork, safety, and community engagement within the marine retail sector.

The Lot Associate role at OneWater Marine is crucial for maintaining the operational excellence and customer satisfaction the company prides itself on. This position is focused on the management and upkeep of the outdoor lot where marine vehicles, such as boats and trailers, are stored. Lot Associates are responsible for ensuring that the lot remains clean, organized, and safe for staff and customers alike. This entails properly storing equipment, assisting with the movement and transportation of boats and accessories, and conducting inspections to identify any issues that require management intervention.

Beyond basic maintenance, Lot Associates play an active role in supporting sales and service activities. They prepare boats for deliveries, unload new inventory, and remain attentive to customers visiting the lot, providing assistance as needed. The position requires a strong adherence to safety protocols and a collaborative approach, partnering with team members to meet the operational and customer needs daily. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced marine retail environment and are motivated to contribute to the smooth functioning of the lot with keen attention to detail and safety.

Working as a Lot Associate at OneWater Marine combines physical activity with opportunities to learn and advance skills related to equipment operation, including forklifts and boats. The company values good communication within teams and encourages a culture of mutual support and professionalism. Additionally, candidates with prior experience in a similar role or the marine industry will find their expertise especially relevant, although the position is also welcoming to those eager to learn and grow in the field. Overall, this employment opportunity at OneWater Marine promises a dynamic and supportive work environment with a focus on operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
