- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- prior experience in a similar role or in the marine industry is a plus but not required

Job Duties
- Assist with the organization and maintenance of the lot
- ensure all boats, trailers and other equipment are stored properly
- safely move and transport boats and equipment as needed to support sales, service, and customer needs
- conduct regular inspections of boats and equipment for damage or maintenance, reports any issues to management
- assist in preparing boats for deliveries
- support in the receiving and unloading of new inventory
- demonstrates attentiveness when customers are on the lot, assisting as needed
- follows all safety procedures and protocols to ensure the lot is safe for all employees and customers
- partners with other team members to ensure operational and customer needs are prioritized and met
- maintain knowledge, training, and certifications for equipment use
- any other duties as assigned
