Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • No prior related work experience required
  • No supervisory experience required
  • Ability to conduct interviews and investigations
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
  • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds independently
  • Ability to move over uneven or slippery surfaces
  • Must adhere to company safety and security policies
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information

  • Ability to interact professionally with guests and team members
  • Basic computer proficiency

Job Duties

  • Conduct investigations related to theft, fraud, or lost items
  • Handle noise and assault complaints
  • Manage food poisoning complaints and other guest incidents
  • Conduct interviews to gather statements and information
  • Notify managers, supervisors, or authorities about accidents or incidents
  • Complete detailed incident reports documenting security and safety events
  • Escort unwelcome persons from the property without disruption
  • Defuse guest or employee disturbances and summon authorities if necessary
  • Follow all company and safety policies and report unsafe conditions
  • Maintain confidentiality and protect company assets
  • Welcome guests and anticipate their service needs
  • Use computers and point of sale systems for information entry and retrieval
  • Perform physical tasks including moving, lifting, and navigating various environments
  • Carry out other duties as requested by supervisors
