Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- No prior related work experience required
- No supervisory experience required
- Ability to conduct interviews and investigations
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds independently
- Ability to move over uneven or slippery surfaces
- Must adhere to company safety and security policies
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information

- Ability to interact professionally with guests and team members

Job Duties
- Conduct investigations related to theft, fraud, or lost items
- Handle noise and assault complaints
- Manage food poisoning complaints and other guest incidents
- Conduct interviews to gather statements and information
- Notify managers, supervisors, or authorities about accidents or incidents
- Complete detailed incident reports documenting security and safety events
- Escort unwelcome persons from the property without disruption
- Defuse guest or employee disturbances and summon authorities if necessary
- Follow all company and safety policies and report unsafe conditions
- Maintain confidentiality and protect company assets
- Welcome guests and anticipate their service needs
- Use computers and point of sale systems for information entry and retrieval
- Perform physical tasks including moving, lifting, and navigating various environments
- Carry out other duties as requested by supervisors
