This role requires vigilance, strong communication skills, and the ability to conduct internal investigations while fostering a loss prevention culture among the store team. Responsibilities include training team members on safety policies, managing security technologies like CCTV and security software, and leading efforts to identify and apprehend shoplifters following company guidelines. Additionally, Loss Prevention Agents perform regular audits, support inventory counts, and must maintain strict confidentiality regarding all sensitive matters.
