As a Host / To-Go Specialist, you will be an essential part of our front-of-house team. This role serves as the first and last point of contact for guests, whether they are dining in or picking up takeout orders. You will play a crucial role in setting the tone of the dining experience by warmly welcoming and seating guests, managing reservations and waitlists, and ensuring efficient guest flow. In addition to hosting duties, you will take on responsibilities related to supporting takeout service by preparing and packaging orders accurately and promptly, confirming that all necessary items such as utensils and sauces are included, and assisting guests with phone orders or questions. The perfect candidate is friendly, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible day, evening, and weekend shifts
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of POS systems or willingness to learn
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Good communication skills
- Customer service experience preferred but not mandatory
Job Qualifications
