Job Requirements

  • Must have a valid CA Driver’s License and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
  • able to work Monday-Saturday
  • able to frequently bend, stretch, twist, or reach with body, arms, and/or legs
  • able to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear
  • able to work outdoors in all weather conditions including low and high temperatures, precipitation and wind, noisy environments, and small and/or enclosed spaces
  • able to adjust, move, and lift objects up to 50 pounds
  • able to move self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces
  • able to remain in a stationary position often standing or sitting for prolonged periods
  • able to operate motor vehicles and/or heavy equipment
  • able to ascend or descend ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, and poles

Job Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • must have a valid CA Driver’s License and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
  • a minimum of one 6 months shipping and receiving experience, preferably in a parts department
  • knowledge of automotive parts
  • basic mathematical principles (adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, and percentages) and application
  • ability to pay attention to detail
  • follow-up with internal and external guests
  • read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • read and comprehends instructions and information in the English language
  • work well with the public
  • communicate in a professional manner on the phone, Internet and in person
  • and use standard office equipment
  • must be able to work Monday-Saturday

Job Duties

  • Pulls and delivers parts to the technicians
  • picks-up cores and warranty parts from technicians’ stalls
  • helps with stocking and posting orders when they arrive
  • picks up and delivers parts and equipment to other dealers’ or guest when needed
  • ensures the golf cart is kept clean
  • helps shipping and receiving when necessary
  • operates the forklift when necessary
  • performs other specific administrative functions as directed by management
  • helps maintain the professional appearance of the parts department
  • maintains professional appearance at all times
  • maintains high ethical standards in all actions
