The role of Warehouse / Driver / Logistics Technician at Bradford Consolidation Logistics is a multifaceted position that plays a crucial part in the daily operations of the warehouse and distribution center. This position is designed for individuals who are not only physically capable of handling demanding warehouse activities but also detail-oriented and proficient in using modern inventory management systems such as WMS and RF scanners. The Logistics Technician will be responsible for a wide array of tasks that involve the receipt, inspection, and processing of inbound materials, managing loading dock operations, coordinating with vendors, and overseeing the safe loading and unloading of freight. Additionally, this position requires the operation of a company box truck for campus deliveries, ensuring the timely and safe transportation of materials within the logistics network. This role demands a strong emphasis on safety compliance with OSHA standards, ensuring that the work environment remains secure for all team members while maintaining effective internal customer service.

As a Logistics Technician, you will be an integral part of the supply chain process networking with different stakeholders to streamline the flow of materials and goods. The position offers a dynamic work schedule with shifts from early morning to mid-day, providing flexibility and accommodating diverse working hours. Successful candidates typically bring at least one year of relevant experience in warehouse operations or related fields and possess a high school diploma or GED. The physical nature of the job requires the ability to lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly, and candidates must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record to perform the driving component safely and responsibly. In addition to the core responsibilities, Bradford Consolidation Logistics supports its employees through comprehensive health benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with employer contributions, paid holidays, sick leave, and vacation days, full uniform provision, and convenient free on-site parking. This commitment to employee welfare paired with competitive compensation makes this opportunity highly attractive for skilled logistics professionals seeking stable employment with growth potential. Joining Bradford Consolidation Logistics means becoming part of a team focused on logistics excellence, workplace safety, and continuous career development in the highly dynamic San Bruno area.
