Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of general work experience
- must have a valid driver’s license
- minimum of 2 years of driving history with a valid driver’s license (excluding driver’s permit)
- must be 19 years old or older
- able to lift, pull, push, and move tires up to 50 pounds
- capable of frequent bending, twisting, and lifting
- able to work up to 8 hours per day operating a forklift
- able to work up to 35 feet above ground level
- willingness to work fluctuating day shifts Monday through Saturday
- must not exceed 400 pounds in weight or 6 feet 3 inches in height to meet equipment safety requirements
- able to follow traffic rules and drive safely in various weather conditions
- able to wear protective equipment as needed
Job Qualifications
- At least 1 year of general work experience
- must have a valid driver’s license
- minimum of 2 years driving history with a valid driver’s license
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- ability to lift and move tires up to 50 pounds with or without mechanical assistance
- able to perform frequent bending, twisting, and lifting
- ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- familiarity with manifest, GPS, and navigation systems
- ability to maintain forklift certification
- ability to maintain a valid driver’s license
- capable of working independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Loads tires onto transport vehicles and unloads them at warehouse or customer locations
- inspects and tallies tires during loading and unloading processes
- follows safety standards for packing, counting, labeling, and palletizing customer orders
- operates forklifts, order pickers, and pallet jacks while adhering to safety protocols
- participates in cycle counts and inventory control procedures
- collects payments from customers on cash on delivery transactions
- conducts pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and reports any issues
- maintains regular driver and vehicle maintenance logs
- ensures vehicles remain clean and in good condition
- complies with all TireHub policies and procedures
- participates in ongoing training and completes tasks as assigned by supervisors
