Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of general work experience
- Valid driver's license
- Minimum of 2 years driving history with a valid driver's license (not a permit)
- Must be 19 years or older
Job Qualifications
- At least 1 year of general work experience
- Valid driver's license with 2 years of driving history
- Minimum age of 19 years
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift, pull, push, or move tires up to 50lbs with or without mechanical assistance
- Ability to bend, twist, and lift frequently
- Skilled in multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with manifest, GPS, and navigation systems
- Ability to operate forklifts and maintain forklift certification
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Load, unload, inspect, and tally tires to and from transport vehicles
- Follow TireHub safety standards when selecting, packing, counting, labeling, and palletizing customer orders
- Operate equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, and pallet jacks while adhering to safety protocols
- Conduct cycle counts, tallies, and labeling for inventory control
- Collect payments from customers on cash on delivery transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and good mechanical condition of vehicles
- Conduct pre and post-trip vehicle inspections and report operational issues
- Complete driver and vehicle maintenance logs regularly
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Participate in ongoing training as assigned
- Complete additional tasks assigned by supervisors or leadership
