Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of general work experience
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of driving history with a valid driver’s license (does not include driver’s permit)
- Must be 19 years old or older
Job Qualifications
- At least 1 year of general work experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Minimum of 2 years driving history with a valid driver’s license (excluding a driver’s permit)
- Must be 19 years old or older
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to repeatedly lift, pull, push, and/or move tires up to 50 lbs with or without mechanical assistance
- Capable of frequent bending, twisting, and lifting
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to accurately and efficiently load, unload, and place tires in warehouse and delivery vehicles
- Comfortable working up to 35 feet above ground-level
- Ability to work up to 8 hours per day on a forklift
- Familiarity with manifest, GPS, and navigation systems
- Ability to maintain forklift certification
- Ability to maintain a valid driver’s license
Job Duties
- Responsible for distribution of tasks including general warehousing, delivery services, vehicle maintenance
- Loads, unloads, inspects, and tallies tires to and from transport vehicles
- Follows TireHub safety standards for selecting, packing, counting, labeling, and palletizing customer orders
- Operates equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, and pallet jacks while adhering to safety protocols
- Conducts and participates in cycle counts, tallies, and labeling as part of inventory control procedures
- Collects payments from customers on cash on delivery transactions
- Ensures vehicles remain clean and in good mechanical and physical condition
- Conducts pre and post-trip vehicle inspections and reports any issues
- Completes necessary driver and vehicle maintenance logs regularly
- Ensures compliance with all TireHub policies and procedures
- Participates and maintains ongoing training through assigned modules
- Completes other tasks assigned by supervisor or leadership
