Candidates must hold US citizenship with an active Secret Clearance at the time of hire. The role offers an annual salary range from $69,000 to $103,400, with potential eligibility for overtime, shift differentials, discretionary bonuses, and long-term incentives for senior positions. Employees also benefit from comprehensive health coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plans, paid holidays, and paid time off for vacation or personal business, reflecting Northrop Grumman's commitment to supporting its workforce.
