We are currently seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our in-person team in Gary, Indiana. This role offers an hourly wage of $20.00 to $22.00 and a work schedule ranging from 40 to 50 hours per week. The Logistics Coordinator will be a central figure in managing the daily operations associated with the delivery, pickup, and servicing of our portable sanitation equipment. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments and excels at solving logistical puzzles with precision and efficiency. You will act as the direct communication link for our drivers, providing crucial support and advocating for their needs while ensuring all customer expectations are met and operations run smoothly.

In this role, you will analyze operational needs in real-time, plan routes effectively, and coordinate asset movements to complete daily assignments consistently and efficiently. Flexibility and perseverance are key, as you will need to anticipate challenges and adapt to ever-changing conditions to maintain high standards of service.
