The role of Bellhop/Bellman at Callaway is a vital position, serving as the first point of contact for arriving guests at the Lodge & Spa. This position requires a friendly, outgoing, and conscientious individual who will greet guests warmly, assist with their luggage, and provide helpful answers to any initial inquiries guests may have. Beyond the front arrival area, the Bellhop/Bellman also plays a key role in guest transportation by providing shuttle services throughout the resort during special events or as needed. This role demands excellent interpersonal skills, a strong focus on guest satisfaction, and the physical ability to manage luggage and other tasks. Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a valid, clean driver’s license and have the physical capability to lift up to 60 pounds as well as stoop, bend, climb, and lift. Experience working in a hotel setting is advantageous but not mandatory, while a genuine passion for providing outstanding guest service is crucial. Due to the resort’s busy schedule, especially on weekends and holidays, flexibility in availability is essential.
