The role of Bellhop/Bellman at Callaway Resort is integral to the guest experience, serving as the first point of contact upon arrival at the Lodge & Spa. This position requires a personable, outgoing, and conscientious individual who excels in guest service and hospitality. The Bellhop will greet guests warmly, assist them with their luggage, and respond to any questions or needs they may have promptly and courteously. This role demands not only physical stamina for handling luggage and performing related tasks but also a polished demeanor to make guests feel welcome and valued.

Beyond greeting guests and managing luggage, the Bellhop will provide shuttle service throughout the resort during special events or as required, ensuring guests can navigate the extensive property comfortably and efficiently. Flexibility is essential for this role, as the busiest times at the resort are on weekends and holidays, when guest volume significantly increases. Candidates must be available to work during these peak periods to support smooth operations and maintain high service standards.

The ideal candidate for this position will be at least 18 years old, possess a valid and clean driver’s license, and be physically capable of lifting up to 60 pounds while engaging in activities that require stooping, bending, climbing, and lifting. Prior experience in a hotel or resort setting is advantageous but not mandatory; however, excellent guest service skills are a critical requirement for success in this role. The Bellhop is expected to embody professionalism, attentiveness, and eagerness to enhance every guest’s stay.
