We are currently seeking a personable, outgoing, and conscientious individual to fill the position of Bellhop/Bellman. This role is crucial as it represents the first point of contact for guests arriving at the lodge. The Bellhop/Bellman will have the important responsibility to warmly greet guests, assist with their luggage, and provide any information or answers to questions that guests may have upon arrival. Additionally, the role involves providing shuttle service throughout Callaway Resort during special events or as needs arise, ensuring smooth transportation for guests within the resort. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, able to lift up to 60 pounds, and able to perform tasks requiring stooping, bending, and climbing. Experience in the hotel industry is advantageous, but not mandatory, whereas excellent guest service skills are a must-have. Candidates should be at least 18 years old with a valid and clean driver's license. This role demands flexibility with working hours, especially during weekends and holidays, as these are peak times at the resort.
