Currently, Shoreline Transportation is seeking to hire local and regional CDL dump truck trailer drivers. This full-time position is designed for drivers who want the comfort of coming home daily while working with a company that prioritizes safety and driver satisfaction. The role involves driving state-of-the-art 2025 Volvo trucks outfitted with 40-foot dump trailers retrofitted with hydraulic wet kits, offering a modern and efficient working environment. Second shifts are available for local shuttle hauls in the Montgomery area, with shifts primarily scheduled Monday through Friday, and occasional Saturdays (about two per month). The shift length ranges between 10 to 12 hours, providing a good balance of work and personal time.

The position offers competitive pay ranging from $60,000 to $70,000 annually, coupled with excellent benefits and multiple bonuses including a $5,000 sign-on bonus and additional referral bonuses.
