The Local Store Marketer will work closely with the Managing Partner and the management team to develop, execute, and monitor local store marketing initiatives that drive guest counts, improve check averages, and boost overall sales. Promotion of in-house events such as Great Steak celebrations, Rib Fest, and gift card specials will be a key responsibility. The LSM will strategically network with local businesses, hotels, radio stations, civic groups, and neighboring retailers during food and bread runs to build ongoing positive relationships.
Additionally, this role involves spearheading community and charitable events to position Texas Roadhouse as a leader in the local area while simultaneously increasing brand awareness. The Local Store Marketer also supports public relations efforts including cooking segments, media releases, and publicity events. Effective communication with the Managing Partner, management team, and all employees will be essential to share ongoing program updates, plans, and results, often facilitated through team meetings and Alley Rallies.
