Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing large-scale construction projects, preferably data centers or mission-critical facilities
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost control, and safety regulations
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a project manager managing ground-up data center or mission-critical commercial projects
- Strong understanding of MEP systems, commissioning processes, and critical infrastructure
- Experience managing project financials, scheduling, forecasting, and subcontractor coordination
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in fast-paced project environments
Job Duties
- Manage all phases of ground-up data center construction projects from preconstruction through final turnover
