Job Description

Water Lantern Festival is a community-focused event that brings people together to celebrate creativity, connection, and hope through the beauty of lantern-lit waters in Tucson, AZ. They are seeking dedicated Local Event Staff to join their core team and ensure their events run smoothly.

Job Requirements

  • Age: Must be 18 years or older
  • Location: Must live in or near the event area
  • Experience: Prior experience in event support, customer service, or team coordination preferred but not required
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure, basic problem-solving and organizational abilities, availability for complete event weekends, physical requirements include ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions, attributes: enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to learn with a team-oriented mindset
