TForce Freight is currently expanding its logistics team and invites dedicated professionals to join as Local Drivers. This role is critical to the company’s success as Local Drivers are the frontline representatives who ensure freight is transported safely and delivered on time while maintaining strong customer relationships. As a Local Driver at TForce Freight, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of commercial vehicles, ensuring all cargo is properly loaded and secured before transportation. Your role will also encompass conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintaining accurate logs related to driving hours and cargo conditions, and complying with all federal, state, and local safety regulations. You will be expected to provide exceptional customer service, acting as the company’s ambassador during deliveries and addressing any customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally. This position requires strong time management capabilities and an ability to communicate effectively with the dispatch management team about schedules and any transportation issues that may arise.

Candidates must have a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), possess endorsements for hazmat, tanker, and doubles, and comply with all legal and regulatory requirements. Job Duties

  • Operate a commercial vehicle transporting goods to various locations safely and efficiently
