Providing exceptional customer service by meeting delivery deadlines and addressing customer inquiries will be central to your role. You will also adhere strictly to all local, state, and federal transportation laws and safety regulations, maintaining accurate logs of your driving hours, routes, and cargo conditions. Effective communication with the dispatch team will be essential to manage schedules, report delays, and resolve any challenges encountered on the road.
