- hazmat, tanker and doubles endorsements
- 21 years of age
- meet all dot and company requirements
- able to read, write and speak english
- u.s. citizen or authorized to work in the u.s.
- safety perform essential job functions without obvious risk of injury to self or co-workers
- provide a complete 10 year employment history in accordance with FMCSA regulations
