Local Drivers are critical to the operation as they represent the face of TForce Freight to customers. This position requires adherence to all safety and transportation regulations as stipulated by federal, state, and local authorities. Drivers will be responsible for confirming that all cargo is adequately loaded and secured to prevent damage or loss during transit. Each driver is entrusted with conducting thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and promptly reporting any maintenance or safety issues to management.

Beyond vehicle operation, Local Drivers are required to maintain accurate logs reflecting their driving hours, routes taken, and the condition of the cargo. Effective communication with dispatch and management teams ensures schedule adherence and prompt resolution of any delivery challenges.
