The role of Local Delivery Route Driver at Labatt Food Service is a vital position responsible for ensuring prompt, accurate, and safe deliveries. Route Drivers are tasked with delivering and manually unloading between 600 to 1,200 cases daily at designated stops, which requires stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. The company emphasizes safety and efficiency, providing drivers with top-of-the-line trucks and comprehensive training.

This position is a full-time opportunity with a schedule from Monday to Friday, with dispatch times typically set between 1:00 am and 5:00 am, allowing drivers to complete their routes effectively within the day. Job Requirements

  • Must have at least 6 months of tractor-trailer experience
  • Must be able to provide a valid Class A CDL and proof of employment eligibility to work in the United States
  • Applicable candidates must pass pre-employment background check and motor vehicle report, drug test, and physical
  • Ability to work early morning dispatch times between 1:00 am and 5:00 am Monday through Friday
  • Must be able to manually unload a substantial number of cases daily

Job Qualifications

  • Valid Class A CDL
  • At least six months of tractor-trailer driving experience
  • Ability to pass pre-employment background check and motor vehicle report
  • Successful completion of drug test and physical examination
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States

Job Duties

  • Deliver and unload 600 to 1,200 cases per day by hand at designated stops
