The position open is a part-time, local delivery driver role that does not require a commercial driver’s license (non-CDL). This role focuses on transporting paint and related products using company pickup trucks and cargo vans to local customers. It is designed to support customers by providing a seamless delivery experience that allows them to remain focused on their work without interruption, emphasizing reliable and professional customer service. The role is scheduled for Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, with weekends off, providing a balanced work schedule.

This role involves a blend of responsibilities including frequent stops throughout the day, operating company vehicles safely, and assisting with store operations when not on the road. The delivery approach is highly service-driven; the individual is expected to ensure timely and accurate deliveries, maintain delivery documentation, and uphold the professional image of PSE Group with every customer interaction. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, active work environment where driving, customer interaction, and operational support are integrated into daily tasks. It is explicitly not a CDL or commercial trucking role and does not involve long-haul routes or overnight driving. Instead, the position allows candidates to work locally within a hands-on role that combines physical activity, customer service, and logistical coordination.

In addition to delivery duties, the role expects support in preparing paint orders, including mixing formulas, picking up merchandise from vendors, and assisting with inventory and order fulfillment. The position requires handling frequent physical tasks such as lifting up to 70 pounds and repeatedly entering and exiting vehicles.
