Additional benefits include a 401(k) retirement plan with company match, tuition assistance, paid holidays, vacation, and sick time. Notably, employees start receiving benefits after only 30 days of employment, demonstrating Airgas’s dedication to employee well-being from the onset.

The Local Delivery Driver must possess a valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License, a valid Medical Examiner’s Card, and a Hazmat endorsement or the willingness to obtain one. Candidates must have at least one year of professional Class B driving experience within the last five years with a clean driving record, or have graduated from an accredited driving school with a minimum of one year prior driving experience. The position demands physical stamina, including the ability to lift between 25 and 75 pounds routinely and heavier weights with assistance, as well as the capacity to operate hazardous cargo safely for up to eight hours per day. The delivery and warehouse duties require adherence to multiple government regulations, including DOT, EPA, FMCSA, FDA, and OSHA standards.
